Job summary

People In AI is hiring for a role focused on building and deploying production AI agents across the backend, data, and infrastructure. You\'ll work directly with customers, ship into enterprise environments, and convert deployments into reusable platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI agents, strong backend/ML fundamentals, and a track record of delivering end-to-end systems. You will engage with customers and own projects from problem to production.

The platform connects fragmented systems such as ERPs, CRMs, documents, and legacy data, creating the business context AI agents need to execute real workflows reliably.

The company is venture-backed, profitable, and has reached eight-figure ARR with a lean engineering team.

The Role

Own production AI systems end-to-end across agents, backend, data, and infrastructure. You’ll work directly with customers, ship into real enterprise environments and turn successful deployments into reusable platform capabilities.
