Qualifications

• Proven hands-on engineering of AI systems.
• Experience with post-training tools and fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with evaluating LLMs and agent systems.
• Ability to design and run experiments.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents for enterprise problems.
• Advance model and agent capabilities, incl. fine-tuning and adaptation.
• Design datasets, benchmarks, and feedback loops to measure progress.
• Build services, integrations, and infrastructure for reliable execution at scale.
• Turn experiments into product capabilities, owning deployment and improvement.
• Balance quality, reliability, latency, and cost in production.
