Worky is seeking a Founding AI Product Engineer to collaborate directly with the founders on the next major product. This high-ownership role involves shaping backend APIs, the dashboard, and the developer experience as the product evolves.

You will ship features, interact with users to gather feedback, and translate insights into practical improvements. Expect a 60-hour week onsite in San Francisco with visa sponsorship support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AI engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS from a top US program.
• Ability to ship production software and communicate proactively with customers.
• Professional English fluency.
• Evidence of initiative through projects or competitions.
• Proficient with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, and LLM APIs.
• Willingness to work full-time, five days onsite in San Francisco, on a 60-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features across backend APIs, the dashboard, and the developer experience.
• Work directly with users to understand problems and translate feedback into product decisions.
• Partner with founders to shape and launch the company’s second major product.
• Use customer insight to prioritize features and improve the product after launch.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and move ideas to production.
