Job summary

Coach is building the AI coach for the physical world, starting with in-person sales. You’ll shape the mobile apps and web tools managers rely on, collaborating with founders, product design, and AI engineering to take features from idea to production.

You’ll own frontend development across web and mobile, ensuring performance, accessibility, and a polished user experience in field contexts. SF-based team with visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping products used by real customers.
• Strong frontend foundations and ability to learn other stacks.
• Good product judgment and questioning assumptions.
• Attention to interaction and visual detail with a designer collaborator.
• Confident with APIs, auth, data models, and SQL basics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery from concept to production.
• Build web and mobile experiences for coaching and performance insight.
• Ensure quality across interactions, loading, errors, and accessibility.
• Develop reusable frontend components and data flows with testing.
