Big Wave Digital is hiring a founding engineer to build an AI+creative product in a San Francisco startup environment. You will own frontend, backend, and the generation layer, shipping end-to-end features that blend design with technology.

You will work closely with the founders, shipping production-grade web applications and iterating rapidly on product-market fit in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Shipped production web applications end to end, front, back and infrastructure
• Experience in startup environments or founding roles with evolving responsibilities
• Experience with generative AI or creative tooling in product teams

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product end to end in a hands-on startup environment
• Own UI, backend, and generation layers for an AI+creative product
• Collaborate with founders and early team to ship world-class features at pace
