You will work closely with the founders in person at the Union Square office, shaping product requirements and delivering AI-enabled capabilities for customers.

You will join customer meetings, build features, and iterate rapidly based on feedback, balancing speed with quality in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience with ownership mindset.
• Python and TypeScript background preferred.
• Strong data modeling fundamentals.
• Willingness to ship fast over perfection.
• Experience with AI workflows a plus.
• Bonus for outbound campaign experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the core product APIs and user-friendly interfaces for humans and agents.
• Deploy production-ready AI features that impact GTM workflows.
• Collaborate directly with founders and demo to customers.
