Job summary

Engg is building the operating layer for AI-native service businesses. You will join as a founding engineer, owning the platform from scratch with no legacy code or roadmap, and expect real ownership from day one.

The role requires moving to San Francisco by January 2027, with visa sponsorship and relocation support provided. You will shape architecture, ship features, and drive outcomes in a lean, high‑trust team.

Qualifications

• Proven builder with shipped product and real user impact.
• Product-engineer mindset: define the outcome, not just the implementation.
• Experience founding or joining an early-stage startup is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Build the full platform end to end and own architecture.
• Talk to users, define outcomes, and ship to production.
• Iterate rapidly on agentic AI systems, tooling, and core infra in a small, high-trust team.
• Own what breaks, diagnose it, and fix it to prevent recurrence.
• Firm commitment to relocating to San Francisco by January 2027.
