Job summary

Evinova, a life sciences software unit within the AstraZeneca group, seeks an entrepreneurial, AI-fluent Product Director to own an AI-native product from zero to one. As a founding product leader, you will collaborate with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to ship V1, validate with end users, and embed AI across the platform while navigating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years in director-level or senior product leadership owning a product area end-to-end.
• Domain experience in clinical trials or life sciences.
• Entrepreneurial track record: built and scaled a product.
• Deep AI/ML-powered product experience; AI fluency non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an AI-native product.
• Develop understanding of users and their workflows to deliver step-function impact.
• Drive rapid hypothesis validation through prototyping and experimentation.
• Own the full product lifecycle end-to-end from concept to post-launch iteration.
• Architect product with AI/ML at its core and translate capabilities into features.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to ensure regulatory-compliant AI features.
• Design intuitive, collaborative workflows across modules and drive adoption.
• Meet users where they are and guide change management for AI-enabled work.
