Job summary

Evolent is building a new AI platform from the ground up. As Sr Director, Product Management (AI), you will define and deliver shared platform components used across AI capabilities, shaping architecture and strategic direction.

You will collaborate with architects, data scientists, and clinical leaders, reporting to executive leadership in a fast-moving, greenfield environment. You will lead PM teams, translate complex requirements into actionable plans, and drive KPIs, governance, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in leadership.
Healthcare technology or value-based care experience preferred.
Proven track record of launching and scaling complex software products from conception to market.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned lines.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback.
Translate requirements into clear specs, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead and coach a team of product managers.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver and adopt products.
