Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in director-level or senior product leadership owning a product area end-to-end.
• Domain experience in clinical trials or life sciences and familiarity with clinical ecosystems (EDC, CDMS, CTMS, eTMF).
• Entrepreneurial track record—built/shipped/scaled a product from zero to one.
• Hands-on AI/ML product experience and AI fluency are essential.
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with complex customer landscapes and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an AI-native product.
• Understand user workflows and deliver step-function impact rather than incremental gains.
• Drive rapid hypothesis validation through prototyping and experimentation.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to post-launch iteration.
• Architect the product with AI/ML at its core and translate capabilities into practical features.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to implement AI-enabled workflows.
• Align engineering, design, data science, and commercial around a unified product vision.
