Job summary

Evinova, in collaboration with AstraZeneca, leads digital health strategy and AI-driven solutions to accelerate clinical development and improve patient outcomes. This hybrid Boston-based role partners with global life sciences clients to design and deliver innovative digital strategies across therapeutic areas.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in Clinical Development, strong project management, and a deep understanding of AI applications in drug development, with proven stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Clinical Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, data science, or related field.
• Strong AI capabilities and understanding of AI in drug discovery.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills; ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience across Oncology, CVRM, Respiratory/Immunology, Infectious Diseases and/or rare disease.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering: develop operating models and roadmaps across clinical development portfolios.
• Support project teams to deliver digital health strategies and grow into engagement leadership.
• Conduct analysis of problem statements, vendor landscapes, and solution options for digital tools.
• Monitor AI trends and propose value-led innovations for portfolios.
• Contribute to study protocol design when digital tools are used.
• Support protocol feasibility and execution using AI-driven solutions.
• Assist pilots and scaled implementations of digital health technologies and data governance.
