Job summary

Evinova, a health-tech company, is seeking a Director of Business Planning & Operations to drive AI-enabled operational transformation and high-impact strategic planning. You will partner with senior leadership to optimize execution, reporting, and communications across the organization.

Reporting to the Head of Business Planning & Operations, you’ll manage the operating rhythm, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives while embedding AI tools to scale the business and improve customer-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business/related field.
• 8+ years in business operations, strategy or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership.
• Ability to structure problems and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational transformation and AI enablement across functions.
• Own strategic planning, performance management and KPIs/OKRs.
• Prepare executive reports and polished leadership communications.
• Coordinate customer-facing operations and sales-process automation.
• Oversee cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Support enterprise risk management and sustainability tracking.
• Foster collaboration across teams and maintain high-trust culture.
