Job summary

Evinova, part of the AstraZeneca group, builds digital health software to transform clinical trials in regulated environments. We seek a Delivery Manager who can own end-to-end delivery, understand architecture, services, and data flows, and partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to move high-stakes work forward.

You will break work into coherent plans, manage cross-team dependencies, and apply AI-enabled delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field is required.
• 3+ years leading multi-functional programs in a technology/digital product environment.
• Hands-on background in software engineering or DevOps.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-team software initiatives.
• Practical daily use of AI-assisted tools to drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of complex multi-functional initiatives from framing through execution to value realization.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and drive them to resolution.
• Lead initiative governance with the right cadences, metrics, and stakeholders.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans grounded in the underlying technical work.
• Manage resources and delivery plans with accountability to leadership.
• Ensure products are delivered with high quality and in compliance with SOPs and policies.
