Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience; bootcamp or self-taught candidates welcome.
• Hands-on experience building AI/data platforms and high-volume data pipelines.
• Experience in high-growth startups or leading tech companies; desire to join a smaller team.

Responsibilities

• Take AI capabilities from prototype to product, including model and UX work.
• Develop autonomous tools to analyze and transform large code repos into production-ready software.
• Redesign data flows and foundational platforms for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with CTO and domain experts to shape solutions and establish best practices for verification and uptime.
