Prudentia Sciences is seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to build full-cycle hiring for AI/ML, engineering, product, and data science. You will partner with the Head of People and executives to shape interviews, scorecards, and candidate experience.

In a mission-driven, science-first startup, you will establish scalable processes, define employer branding, and own recruiting from strategy to close, influencing the company's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring technical talent (AI, engineering, data, or product).
• Familiarity with AI/ML hiring profiles and evaluating technical bar.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup and building or improving processes.
• Ability to manage many searches across functions with quality and speed.
• Strong sourcing, including outreach to passive candidates and ATS usage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting across the company.
• Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on role scopes and plans.
• Build scalable recruiting infrastructure and dashboards.
• Manage candidate experience and employer brand.
