Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in GenAI and agentic AI in the United States. You will translate business challenges into practical AI architectures, lead rapid prototyping, and guide customers through early production delivery.

You will work across stakeholders to shape implementations, select frameworks, and build reusable accelerators while ensuring security and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with hands-on software engineering or system design.
• At least 2 years building GenAI/agentic AI systems with modern LLMs.
• Strong background in systems integrating LLMs with data and business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution-shaping for GenAI initiatives with client teams.
• Define scope, prototype solutions, and establish roadmaps and effort estimates.
• Translate complex challenges into practical AI solution architectures.
• Build rapid proofs-of-concept using real or representative data.
• Evaluate AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
• Explain AI concepts clearly to executives, users, product teams, and engineers.
• Stay engaged through MVP to ensure production readiness and value delivery.
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI quality, latency, and cost.
• Ensure security, Responsible AI, observability, and governance in solutions.
• Capture insights into reusable assets like blueprints and accelerators.
