Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional AI + software engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with AI/ML systems and integrating LLMs or agentic workflows into real products.
• Fluency in Python and familiarity with Typescript.
• Experience with backend (FastAPI, Next.js) and frontend (React) frameworks; good UI/UX sense.
• Experience building and deploying production APIs, services, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency integrating third-party APIs, databases, and external systems securely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bias for action: ship quickly, iterate fast, own full lifecycle of solutions.
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer’s most important and impactful multi-step task to automate.
• Seamlessly integrate with customer systems, including databases, third-party APIs, and internal tools.
• Rapidly iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to improve product fit and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale with usage and complexity.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape roadmap and priorities based on field findings.
