Job summary

Docebo, an AI-powered learning platform, is building a Founding Forward Deployed Engineering team to bridge cutting-edge AI with real-world impact. You will work hand-in-hand with enterprise customers to transform complex L&D workflows into autonomous, high-impact AI agents.

You’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery and system architecture to deployment, shaping the roadmap and scaling platform features across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
• Strong customer-centric focus with the ability to engage with enterprise stakeholders.
• Comfortable making high-stakes decisions with partial information and taking ownership from zero to one.

Responsibilities

• Build the blueprint for the founding FDE team and define internal playbooks and technical roadmap.
• Deploy autonomous intelligence by mapping complex L&D workflows to high-impact AI agents.
• Architect custom AI agents that integrate with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.
• Drive platform evolution by turning client insights into scalable features.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to production deployment and monitoring.
