Job summary

Docebo is recruiting for a founding member of our Forward Deployed Engineering team to bridge cutting-edge AI with real-world impact. You will design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents for enterprise clients, shaping the FDE function from the ground up and defining success metrics with clients.

You will own architecture and product lifecycle from discovery to deployment while influencing platform evolution and cross-functional org design in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
• Experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to engage enterprise stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate based on real-world usage.
• Fluency with frontend React/TypeScript and backend Next.js/TypeScript stacks.
• Solid systems architecture experience with distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
• Familiarity with modern engineering tools like GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, and LLM orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Define how the FDE team operates, create playbooks, and map the technical roadmap.
• Partner with enterprise customers to map L&D workflows for AI integration.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that integrate with the Docebo Agent Hub.
• Translate customer insights into platform enhancements and scalable features.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to production deployment and optimization.
• Shape the founding FDE culture and cross-functional org design.
