Job summary

Docebo is seeking a founding member of our Forward Deployed Engineering team to bridge cutting-edge AI technology with real-world enterprise impact. You will work directly with strategic customers to transform complex L&D workflows into autonomous, high-impact AI agents and translate challenges into reusable platform capabilities, shaping our FDE from the ground up.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
• Prior experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production environments.
• Strong customer-centric focus with the confidence to engage with enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define how the FDE team operates and map the technical roadmap in ambiguous spaces.
• Partner with strategic customers to map L&D workflows for high-impact AI integration.
• Architect, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents integrating with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.
• Translate customer insights into platform enhancements and scalable features.
