Job summary

Mondrio is hiring a seasoned engineer to advance its AI-driven pricing platform. You will own evaluation systems for AI pricing recommendations, improve AI personas, and manage LLM infrastructure across current and future models.

You will ensure data residency, build MCP-driven agent capabilities, and land outputs into structured formats. You will work with a small, fast-growing team shaping the pricing AI engine and collaborating directly with customers to drive revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with strong and recent production LLM depth.
• Shipped LLM-powered product features to production and owned them after launch.
• Built evals and observability for LLM systems yourself.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical gaps to clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build evaluation for AI pricing recommendations and baselines.
• Extend AI personas and automate training parts.
• Own LLM infrastructure including routing across models and cost/latency tradeoffs.
• Maintain data residency boundaries as we scale providers.
• Extend MCP server for LLM agents to drive the platform.
• Work with typed ontology to land model outputs in structured form.
