Job summary

HuCapital is seeking a founding engineer to help architect and build the next evolution of our AI-powered platform in the New York metro area. You will work directly with the Head of Innovation to shape product direction, infrastructure, and the B2C2B SaaS foundation, using agentic and generative AI.

You will own features end to end, contribute to technical strategy, and write clean TypeScript code while collaborating with designers and researchers.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with agentic and generative AI.
• Strong frontend engineering with modern JS/TS stack.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop the core platform and infra.
• Design and ship features end-to-end, with product design input.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to advance Huey-like capabilities.
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap.
• Maintain clean, well-documented TypeScript codebase.
