Job summary

Hyperscale is hiring a Founding Senior Software Engineer to help build the core product infrastructure for our agentic AI platform. You will work directly with the founders, spanning backend to real-time interfaces and customer-facing features.

You will tackle real-time decision-making, tool use, and human-AI interaction patterns, not just LLM integration. This is a zero-to-one role with ownership of significant product parts from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack delivery.
• Strong fundamentals in backend systems, databases, APIs, and web apps.
• Comfortable across the stack and quickly learning new technologies.
• Track record of owning complex features from design to deployment.
• Experience building production systems at scale with focus on reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and own core product features end-to-end, including data models and conversational UX.
• Design scalable backend systems powering AI agents in production, with orchestration and memory.
