Workstream is building AI-native services that deliver completed business outcomes—mature service categories businesses already pay for, delivered by AI agents plus a small human review layer at materially better margins. You will be the first engineering hire on the delivery team, reporting to the Head of Delivery, AI-Native Services.

This is a forward-deployed builder role with in-person collaboration required 1–2 days per week.
