Workstream is hiring a talented Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our growing engineering team. You will architect and build AI-native services that deliver paid outcomes for hourly workers, with a focus on delivery economics, agent-based workflows, and reliable performance.

You will lead a technical team, work directly with customers from discovery through launch, and ensure scalable, compliant, and deterministic results in a hybrid Workstream environment.

Qualifications

• Built and operated AI agents or agentic workflows in production.
• Led a technical team and managed delivery trade-offs.
• Drove customer outcomes from discovery to launch and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI-driven delivery system with agentic components.
• Define and defend delivery economics, margins, and capacity planning.
• Lead cross-functional team and own the technical roadmap and architecture.
