Job summary

Featherless AI in Austin is seeking an experienced Account Executive (AI Cloud) to own deals end-to-end. You’ll manage discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations, targeting CTOs, ML leads, and infrastructure decision-makers.

You will build executive relationships, shape our GTM motion, and work with the CRO and founders to scale revenue in a fast-moving AI startup. This is a high-ownership role with substantial impact.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a closing role in Cloud Infrastructure, MLOps or AI tooling.
• Proven track record closing deals with technical buyers (developers, ML engineers, CTOs).
• Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, technically literate.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle sales across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Lead discovery and technical demos tailored to buyers' stack.
• Develop proposals and business cases connecting model inference needs to Featherless capabilities.
• Negotiate and close complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand revenue within accounts.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and forecast pipeline accurately.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to relay field feedback.
