Job summary

80Twenty in New York is seeking a fast-paced Founding Account Executive to close commercial hotel partnerships. You’ll run discovery, demos, and negotiations with a high-volume pipeline, owning your number and driving direct bookings for independent hotels.

You’ll leverage AI tools to automate research, prep, and follow-ups while becoming expert at understanding hotelier buyers. This role offers room to scale and uncapped commissions in a lean startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of closing experience in SMB or high-velocity environments.
• Software sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Close at volume with discovery, demos, objections, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain exceptional pipeline discipline to hit target.
• Ramp quickly and learn hotel segments likely to perform.
• Use AI to automate research, preparation, follow-up, and personalization.
• Become exceptional at hotelier buyer to earn credibility quickly.
• Surface recurring objections and needs to inform messaging and product decisions.
• Hand off customers with context to Customer Success.
