American AI Logistics is looking for a Chief of Staff to support our two founders with warmth, discretion, and exceptional organizational instincts. This role blends high-touch executive support with hands-on operational coordination, navigating two distinct leadership styles to keep operations running smoothly.

You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare meeting materials, handle confidential communications, and triage requests so the founders can focus on strategy and growth.

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Reliable, consistent on-site attendance — including during disruptions in government contracting space.
• GovCon experience preferred; military experience valued.
• Proven track record as an executive or personal assistant, business operations, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work on-site in the Washington, D.C. area.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex, shifting calendars for the founders and protect their time.
• Book flights and hotels for business travel, with changes and last-minute adjustments.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to secure and confirm office space.
• Schedule and confirm board meetings well in advance with reminders.
• Serve as gatekeeper and handle administrative tasks to free founders for business work.
• Anticipate needs and act independently, driving tasks to completion.
