Qualitate, an AI-native company, is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO and founder across product, sales, and operations. You’ll drive top priorities, participate in board decks, and engage with customers and partners, sometimes building models or fixing processes personally.

You’ll join the founding team and gain exposure to running a fast-growing business. We value judgment, execution, and a perfectionist’s attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in a high-performance environment.
• Attention to detail with accurate executive communications.
• Crisp written and verbal communication skills.
• A track record of excellence across school and work.
• AI-native mindset and daily use of AI to research and automate.
• High ownership with low ego and willingness to ship.

Responsibilities

• Run the CEO’s top priorities and deliver outcomes quickly.
• Support cross-functional projects with Sales and Product.
• Identify and size expansion opportunities for new markets.
• Coordinate quarterly/annual planning and leadership meetings.
• Remove blockers and maintain clear, fast team communication.
