Job summary

Riplo seeks a Founders Associate to act as a force multiplier for the founders, working directly with the co-founders and Chief of Staff across fundraising, hiring, partnerships, GTM, operations, and more. The role evolves weekly with no fixed description, yet you co-own the execution that follows and move the company forward day by day.

London is the primary base; remote is possible only for exceptional talent.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving instincts.
• Ability to build financial models and market analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching.
• Fluent with modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor relations end-to-end: deck iterations, data room, due diligence coordination.
• Source, screen, and close candidates across engineering, product, and commercial roles.
• Conduct strategic research: market sizing, competitive landscapes, partnerships, pricing models.
• Identify and qualify integration, channel, and technology partners; support early deal structuring.
• Define ICPs, target account lists, sales collateral, and the operational scaffolding for Riplo’s first commercial motions.
• Support operations and AI-first company building across systems, finance, and vendor management.
