Job summary

talentpluto is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CTO and help drive execution across a fast-scaling engineering org. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role designed for someone who can operate alongside a deeply technical leader and earn credibility with developers, quants, and operators.

The role involves ownership mindset, coordinating across product, engineering, and company-building initiatives, with global travel as needed and no heavy-handed supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree background in math, CS, physics, neuroscience, engineering or similar rigorous fields.
• Ability to earn respect of highly technical teammates from trading/crypto/engineering backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CTO as a force multiplier across technical and operational priorities.
• Prepare for standups and keep execution moving across a globally distributed engineering team.
• Drive high-priority projects across product, engineering, and company-building initiatives.
• Act as an organizational backbone for a fast-moving technical team.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external touchpoints as the company scales.
• Travel as needed for team collaboration, conferences, and strategic priorities.
• Operate with founder-level ownership in a high-autonomy environment.
