Job summary

talentpluto is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CTO and help drive execution across a fast-scaling engineering org. Qualifications

About The Role

Our partner is hiring a Founders Associate to work directly with the CTO. This is not a generic assistant role. It is a high-trust, high-responsibility position for someone who can operate alongside a deeply technical leader, help drive execution across a fast-scaling engineering org, and earn credibility with an already strong team of developers, quants, and operators. The founder described it as someone helping the CTO lead a :25-person dev team and stepping into work that requires real judgment, technical fluency, and intensity.
