Roger is seeking an early-career professional to join as a versatile contributor. You will work directly with the founders on top-priority projects, owning end-to-end tasks across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring.

Expect to research, analyze, and prepare materials for major decisions, while handling urgent tasks with initiative. This role emphasizes rapid learning, meticulous execution, and ownership of outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, VC firm, or similar high-intensity environment.
• Proactive, action-oriented approach to undefined tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong work ethic with ambition and low ego.
• Trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders on high-priority projects daily and weekly.
• Own projects across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring from start to finish.
• Conduct research, analysis, and prep for major decisions (board materials, hiring plans, GTM).
• Tackle urgent, undefined tasks with minimal guidance.
• Handle operational and admin tasks to keep the company running smoothly.
• Ensure follow-ups and coordination to prevent things slipping through the cracks.
