Melotech seeks a Founders Associate to be the founder's right hand, shaping strategy across markets, data, and operations. You will work autonomously with the founder, driving high-impact projects and presenting insights across engineering, product, and business functions.

You should have a top-tier analytics background and a track record of partnering with executives to accelerate growth in fast-paced, startup environments. Equity is offered and remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in a highly analytical field (see above)
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to work with leadership teams to drive initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple strategic projects with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own and drive high-impact projects from conception to completion
• Prepare presentations, reports, and KPI updates for leadership
• Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities
• Support fundraising by creating pitch materials and coordinating outreach
• Streamline workflows and recruitment with AI support
• Partner with founder to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives
