Hire Hangar is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as the right-hand partner to our founder in a highly regulated financial services environment (FINRA, SEC). This on-site role in Boca Raton four days a week offers a clear growth path into a Chief of Staff position for the right candidate.

You will manage complex calendars, travel, and correspondence, represent the company to ultra-high-net-worth clients, and ensure compliance and discretion in all actions.

Qualifications

• Executive Assistant experience in finance/legal/private equity.
• Proven ability to quantify and substantiate accomplishments with measurable outcomes.
• Polished, professional demeanor for high-net-worth clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Act as the founder's primary contact and right-hand partner, managing priorities, schedules, and commitments.
• Represent the company in client-facing interactions with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, delivering discreet, white-glove experiences.
• Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality.
• Oversee client and business account management, keeping Salesforce records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare polished presentations, reports, and briefing materials using Microsoft Office.
• Support compliant workflows in a regulated financial environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow through on action items.
• Handle confidential information with the highest integrity and judgment.
• Take on increasing strategic responsibility toward a Chief of Staff role.
