The Founder of a group of rapidly growing companies is seeking a true right hand Chief of Staff.

The Chief of Staff will:

• Sit between the Founder and the Executive Leadership of Each Organization
• Become the Central Operator and ultimately become well versed in each business
• Standardize processes with the Founder to create efficient and effective communications
• Work to help Executives determine priorities and project timelines for requests made by the Founder
• Keep the Founder apprised of Project milestones and the impacts of project changes on deadlines.

This ROLE is not a calendar or scheduling role...this is a true business partner who will guide progress and projects in step with the Founder.
