Lorikeet is hiring its first dedicated Founder's Office member to work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO and Chief of Staff. You will drive high-stakes projects, coordinate executive sessions, and build scalable processes with AI-native tools to support rapid company growth.

You’ll operate across business functions, shaping outcomes as a sharp generalist. The role sits in the BizOps team with potential to graduate into leadership roles as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, strategy, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or a business analyst role at a fast-growing company.
• From consulting, finance, entrepreneurial, or startup backgrounds with comfort operating under ambiguity.
• Willing to be in our Surry Hills office five days/week and work directly with founders and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Run the operational engine behind our founders and leadership forums.
• Assist with LT agenda prep, brief founders on key points, capture actions, and chase to closure.
• Research and brief founders before investor calls, executive sessions, and board meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for events with guests: agenda, prep materials, debrief notes.
• Triage the stream of requests that land on the founders' plates: own it, route it, or drop it.
• Fill in where needed: run an exec demo, stand in at a conference, resolve subscriber issues.
• Stand up new processes from scratch, then hand them off to the right function.
• Bring clarity to cross-functional problems: pull together the right people and drive to a decision.
• Build scalable processes and AI-native playbooks to amplify founders' impact.
• Develop domain expertise to demo Lorikeet to prospects, review tickets, and spot patterns.
• Communicate the business to varied audiences: write for investors, present to leadership, translate strategy for the company.
• Develop working knowledge of CRM deals, competitive landscape, and product roadmap with conviction.
• Spot problems early by building systemic understanding; grow into leadership roles within BizOps, Chief of Staff, or related paths.
