Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage founder's calendar with reprioritization and conflict avoidance.
• Handle administrative tasks like insurance forms, filing, and errands.
• Shoot and edit simple TikTok/Instagram content (Reels, Stories, quick cuts).
• Jump into research, errands, event support, and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Assist with creative and brand projects as they arise.
• Ask questions early to avoid guessing.
