Valid is a seed-stage company scaling rapidly, headquartered in San Francisco. You’ll be the founder’s right hand, owning high-impact projects across growth, operations, automation, recruiting, and events.

Qualifications

• Significant exposure to startups and early-stage companies.
• Will be talking to and selling directly to early-stage founders.
• Track record of independently taking projects from 0→1.
• Comfortable with automation tools and “vibe coding” platforms.

Responsibilities

• Growth & GTM responsibilities including content, campaigns, and hosting events.
• Identify bottlenecks, design processes, and install tools to scale workflows.
• Build internal automations to support scale (Zapier, n8n, Airtable).
• Develop partnerships to open new growth channels and drive company strategy.
