Job summary

Risely is hiring a Founder's Associate in Downtown San Francisco for an in-person role five days a week. You will work directly with the founders to transform chaotic operations into scalable processes, owning tasks end to end, from finance models to CRM automation and hiring pipelines.

You’ll build real tools in Python and TypeScript, run analyses, and coordinate across teams to keep the company humming. This is an operator role with high impact in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years out of school.
• An operator at heart who can clean up chaotic processes and automate them.
• Experience shipping and using internal tooling or automation would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage internal operations (vendors, contracts, hiring logistics, finance ops).
• Build internal tools and agents using Python and TypeScript for CRM hygiene, prospect research, and workflows.
• Own strategic projects from scope to delivery.
• Keep the company organized with Notion hygiene and project tracking.
• Support customer launches and sales execution; ensure smooth handoffs.
• Make customers successful post-launch by tracking value and issues.
• Be the second pair of eyes to catch gaps and drive outcomes.
