• 5+ years in executive/leadership support roles (EA/PA).

• Strong prioritization and calmness in a fast‑paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership: act as trusted partner to the founder and anticipate needs.
• Calendar mastery: manage complex schedules and prepare for high-stakes meetings.
• Inbox triage: filter emails, flag urgent items, resolve routine matters with discretion.
• Workflow optimization: create templates and automations while ensuring confidentiality.
• Precision logistics: coordinate end-to-end travel and itineraries.
• Special projects: own ad-hoc initiatives as priorities shift.
