Trybe is a fast-growing creator marketing platform connecting brands with UGC creators to scale paid ads. We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with Trybe's founders and leadership, driving priorities, operations, and cross-functional execution.

You will establish processes, manage high-impact initiatives, and build an operating system to support rapid growth. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who partners with founders and translates strategy into disciplined action.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chief of Staff or senior operations leader.
• Experience in technology companies or high-growth startups.
• Ability to build processes and operating systems from scratch.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication with founders and senior leadership.
• Proactive and capable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into clear priorities, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and improve internal processes, operating systems, and organizational structure as the company scales.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and special projects from planning through execution.
• Establish operating cadences, leadership meetings, reporting, and accountability across teams.
• Identify operational gaps, solve complex problems, and implement scalable solutions.
• Support founders with strategic decisions, executive communications, and business planning.
• Drive accountability across departments, ensuring priorities stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Help leadership stay focused on high-impact priorities by independently managing day-to-day operational needs.
