Trybe is a fast-growing creator marketing platform connecting brands with UGC creators to scale paid ads. We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with Trybe's founders and leadership, driving priorities, operations, and cross-functional execution.

You will establish processes, manage high-impact initiatives, and build an operating system to support rapid growth. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who partners with founders and translates strategy into disciplined action.

Formación

• Proven experience as Chief of Staff or senior operations leader.
• Experience in technology companies or high-growth startups.
• Ability to build processes and operating systems from scratch.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with Trybe's founders and leadership team, driving strategic priorities, business operations, and cross-functional execution. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who has worked closely with a founder or senior executive and knows how to bring structure, accountability, and operational discipline to a fast-growing business. You'll serve as a trusted right hand to the founders, helping manage priorities, improve how the company operates, and take ownership of critical initiatives from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, senior operations leader, or trusted right hand to a founder or executive.
• Experience working in a technology company or high-growth startup.
• Strong track record of building processes, systems, and operational structure from scratch.
• Exceptional organizational skills, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on with execution.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience in e-commerce, DTC, paid media, or the creator economy.
