Pave Robotics is seeking a Founder’s Associate — Sales & Operations in San Francisco to help win customers and deploy our autonomous road-maintenance technology. You will work closely with the founders across sales, deployments, project management, and operations, owning parts of the process from prospecting to delivery.

You don’t need robotics experience; you should learn quickly, communicate clearly, and thrive with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• High-agency and highly organized, with strong communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and own ambiguous problems.
• No specific robotics experience required; willingness to work across sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders across sales, deployments, project management, and operations.
• Prospect cities, paving contractors, and other potential customers; build a sales pipeline.
• Move opportunities from first contact through pilot, contracts, and deployment.
• Navigate municipal procurement, public works contracts, and bidding processes.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and customer communications; maintain CRM and processes.
• Coordinate customer projects and field deployments; manage schedules and logistics.
• Improve internal processes as the company scales; own high-priority projects.
