Job summary

Prior Labs GmbH in New York is seeking a Founder Associate to work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff to shape and execute growth initiatives. You’ll gain ownership across Growth, Sales Enablement, Marketing & Community, and People Ops, with deep involvement in strategy and execution.

You’ll help automate workflows, build internal tools and agents, and support onboarding and expansion as the company scales, using an AI-first approach to cut manual work and drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, startups or similar roles
• An AI-first way of working: you try new tools the moment they come out and know when to rely on judgment
• High agency: you ship a v1 quickly, iterate, and don’t wait for a brief
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on execution
• Structured and reliable: when you own something, it's handled
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in English

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives across Growth, Sales Enablement, Marketing & Community, and People Ops with broad exposure across the company
• Build and optimize inbound pipeline, automation, and reporting for leadership and sales
• Create decks, case studies, battle cards, and demo assets to enable the sales team
• Automate recurring workflows and build internal tools and agents across our stack
• Assist with onboarding, offices expansion, and HRIS improvements
