Job summary
Jobgether, in partnership with a fast-growing tech company, seeks a Founder’s Associate - Product based in the United States. You will work at the crossroads of product management, AI, and revenue operations, collaborating with the founders to shape strategy and translate challenges into user-friendly solutions.
You will write product specs, define KPIs, and drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated ability.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong curiosity and independent thinking.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of a product area from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Engage with sales and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
- Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and decisions.
- Define AI-powered features and translate user insights into specs.
- Write product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across teams for timely delivery.
- Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and evaluate feature performance using data.
- Gather feedback and refine product functionality and UX.
