Job summary

Undisclosed in the United States seeks a product leader to shape strategy and drive the development lifecycle in a remote-first environment. You will own a product area from discovery to launch, working directly with founders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.

You will define KPIs, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data and user feedback, while collaborating with Sales and Revenue Ops to optimize workflows. Equity is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Engage with sales and Revenue Operations teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and refine product functionality based on feedback and data.

Requirements:

• Excellent academic background and experience in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting.

• Annual salary of €50,000–€65,000 with equity participation.
