Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Chief Product and Technology Officer in the United States to define and lead the product and technology vision. You will align innovation with customer needs and long-term growth, reporting to the CEO and overseeing Product, Engineering, Architecture, Platform Operations, Design, Data, and Security.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience overseeing Product and Engineering in a software/SaaS company.
• Ability to develop and execute product and technology strategies delivering measurable value.
• Direct experience in e-commerce search, discovery, merchandising or personalization is a plus.
• Strong technical judgment across architecture, cloud, security and platform operations.
• Proven AI/ML capability integration into product development and workflows.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, ARR, retention and cost-to-serve.
• Experience building global, distributed leadership teams and aligning stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic investment with execution and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define and unify product and technology vision aligned with growth goals.
• Oversee discovery, roadmap, lifecycle management, and investment prioritization.
• Lead platform integration, modernization, and reduction of tech debt.
• Improve merchant self-service, speed, and configuration flexibility.
• Direct global engineering and architecture to deliver reliable software.
• Oversee cloud, security, compliance, and cost-effective growth.
• Identify and commercialize AI capabilities within product and engineering.
• Engage with customers, partners, and executives on strategy and outcomes.
• Recruit and develop senior Product and Engineering leaders across regions.
• Own budgets, governance, vendor relationships, and investment decisions.
• Communicate priorities and performance to CEO, board, and stakeholders.
