GenPeach AI seeks a Founders Associate to work directly with leadership on the company’s most cross‑functional growth challenges. You’ll own high‑impact initiatives from concept to impact, switching between strategic planning and execution with real ownership from day one.

You’ll partner with the CEO and senior leaders to build GTM plans, run experiments, and surface opportunities across product, marketing, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be able to think strategically while handling hands‑on execution.
