Jobtailor is seeking a motivated social media-focused candidate to collaborate with the organic social and influencer teams, curate standout UGC, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook. You will review and post content, monitor performance, and share insights weekly.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, trend monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Strong communication and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel are preferred.

• Required software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the organic social media and influencer team and external agency partners.
• Source standout user-generated content (UGC).
• Post and review social media content.
• Report on social media performance.
• Contribute ideas, learnings, and optimizations for content and posting recommendations.
• Create social content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook.
• Flag top-performing content and share performance with internal stakeholders weekly.
• Track performance metrics across all social platforms weekly.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify current social trends monthly.
• Find top-performing UGC for @tjmaxx to repost.
• Request UGC and track approvals.
• Create ad-hoc marketing decks with content examples or competitor analysis.
• Input content briefs and contribute ideas for future content.
• Handle internal asks, store communications, and gift card requests.
• Create opportunistic content.
• Monitor the social media landscape for trends.
